TONGUE DIAGNOSIS:
1:1 Reading

Thanks for booking your 1:1 Tongue Diagnosis reading . Here is some additional information I wanted to share with you.

A minimum of 24 hours before the call, please send the following to Arabella at [email protected] for review:

1.TONGUE IMAGE:

(For Traditional Chinese Medicine reading). Please take an image of your tongue first thing in the morning, BEFORE food or drink, in natural light.

Say 'aah' really big and snap some images of your tongue for the reading. Please ensure they are clear, and not under any yellow/orange lighting.

I totally understand this can feel strange to do, but not to worry- this is completely normal here at The Arabella Solution, and your images will be kept safe and be confidential.

2. FOOD DIARY:

Please fill out the food diary below and send back in the same email to [email protected].
To fill it out, please download the file and then you should be able to just click into each box and type.
