Enrolment is an essential part of the process: it is the deep dive and set up of new nutritional protocols.
- 1 x deep dive intake session EACH (separately) - to figure out imbalances & create individual health aims
- Nutrition, Lifestyle & Supplement Plans & Goal Setting
- 1 x collaborative plan feedback session- with plans & how to tie them in together
- Food diary analysis each
- Progress trackers: Symptom tracker & Goal setting
- Kitchen Swaps, Grocery Lists, Recipes
STEP 2
ACCOUNTABILITY: OPTION 1
£500 p/month for 3 months (usually (£1111 p/month)
- 1 x monthly call
- Chat support Mon-Fri throughout (Think random Q&As, voice-notes, images, check ins, SOS moments)
ACCOUNTABILITY: OPTION 2
£700 p/month for 3 months
- 2 x monthly calls (biweekly)
- Chat support Mon-Fri throughout (Think random Q&As, voice-notes, images, check ins, SOS moments)
- OPTIONAL BONUS: in person home cupboard clear out & ingredients education.
